A guy who may start doing more deck work now.
First time SSE user. Not happy. Let me explain. I primarily do commercial pressure washing, line jetting, lift pit cleaning, etc. House wash and deck cleaning and sealing are a secondary filler for me. Not to brag, but I have wood restoration down pat. I have always hated the stain/seal part. It seems like every product I have used to stain and seal sucked and took too much work to get the results I demand. My business is 100% referral based and when a customer calls they always say we heard you are expensive but do the best work and that's what we want. Just some perspective. I have wasted so much money on sub par products and finally said to hell with it, I'm gonna try the stuff. Absofuckinglutley amazing. Why for the love of all that is matters have I never used this before. I have walked away from jobs because I didn't want the hassle. If you haven't used SSE stain, do it. I am seriously reconsidering my business model. The results are amazing and finally I have a product to use that meets my ridiculously exacting standards that allow me to charge the highest rates around. Damn you SSE for not being in my life sooner. I weep for the money I didn't make.

I found this company through Google search and reviews, so it's only fair I leave my own experience here too. They were very open and honest, with quick communication and service to match. Joey and Cody did a fantastic job cleaning and later staining the fence. The photo below gives you a perfect before & after while Joey sprays the fence. They were in and out in a day each visit and the fence looks great. By the way, the color is "Light Honey" which softened a bit a few days later. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future.

I write this as they drive out of my driveway. These guys are great and I'm calling them when my fence needs another coat in several years. The Stain & Seal Experts team are perfectionists and take great pride in their work. They arrived exactly when they said they would, the job was performed professionally and (most of all) neatly, cost exactly what was quoted, and it turned out exactly as they said it would. Other than a great looking fence, I can't tell they were ever at my house. Call Caleb to schedule, he's great to work with too. Every interaction with this company has been excellent.

We needed to remove the colored stain from our exterior fence. I looked up how to YouTube videos and found a fencing contractor who highly recommended Stain and Seal Experts. I explained my project to Caleb and he helped me choose the right products. My husband and I completed the work ourselves per video instructions, big job but so worth the 8 hours it took. Everything worked perfectly and the fence looks terrific. In the photo, our 30 year old fence is on the left and our neighbors 6 month old fence is on the right side.

From that moment on, every person that I dealt with in the company has provided excellent customer service and professionalism. Cody, Joe, and Joey did an excellent job with the pressure washing and with the staining of the fence/deck. They even went beyond the call of duty.
